When I met Lauren, I felt lost in the world. I had forgotten who I was, what I was capable of and I had no idea what I was really meant to do in my life. I was at a breaking point. I instantly clicked with Lauren. She created a space that was safe, trusting, comfortable, and made it easy for me to be self-expressed, vulnerable and truly authentic. It’s a common conception that “looking bad”, failing, showing emotion, defeat, and having breakdowns is not how we want to be seen in society. And we often hide those parts of us in an effort to avoid judgement, being scrutinized or rejection. Lauren never made me feel that way. Her tools and guidance showed me how to accept the good AND the bad, to love myself completely. Lauren is a warrior. And while working with her, I become a warrior too. She was not only a coach. She was a confidant. Someone I could turn to. A person I could trust. A cheerleader. I worked with Lauren for a year and I grew more in that year than I have in my whole life.

Now, I run my own business and I am a powerful, resourceful, brilliant leader. This is always who I was. I am no longer lost. And I am so grateful to Lauren for her magic in getting me back on my life’s journey.

And whenever I feel lost and need to get back on my path, I just think of my hammock in Tulum and my bright colourful sneakers and I become a warrior again. (If you want to know more of what that means, you’ll have to ask Lauren!)

Thank you, Lauren. You helped me see the light I wasn’t able to see. You’ll be a mentor and friend for life.
